In the first-ever Digital Experience Benchmarking Report, we look at how councils met the increasingly diverse needs of communities in a changing world—assessing equitable access and error-free, easy to navigate website experiences while asking questions that get at the cultural tenants of innovation.
Seventy-eight councils and two council-controlled organisations (CCO) across New Zealand offered us insight into the elements that drive, unite and inspire us on the path to improved digital experiences in the modern era. So, even if you focus on just one of the sections covered in this report, you will get a sense of how you’re doing compared to your peers and gain insight into where to sharpen your experience strategy for digital success.
